Aftershock

Aftershock, created by WMS, is a 3-reel slot game that brings together the nostalgic feel of classic slots with up-to-date features. Launched in 2014, it provides an ideal choice for players in Mauritius looking for simplicity blended with the excitement of modern slot features.

Gameplay and Features

The game is played on 3 reels with 5 fixed paylines, allowing for easy-to-understand action and regular opportunities to land a win. Bets range from as little as 0.10 up to 100 per spin, making it suitable for both casual players and high rollers. With a high RTP of around 97% and high volatility, the game has the potential for rewarding payouts, especially when special features are triggered.

Aftershock makes use of classic slot symbols such as coloured 7s and bars, with red 7s delivering the highest rewards. Blue, purple, and yellow 7s offer slightly smaller wins, while bar symbols provide lower-value payouts.

Special features in Aftershock really set it apart. There are three types of wild symbols: Standard Wild substitutes for other symbols except Double and Triple Aftershock; Double Aftershock appears on reels 1 and 3, doubles any win it contributes to, and substitutes for all symbols except Triple Aftershock; Triple Aftershock appears on reel 2, triples wins, and substitutes for all symbols except Double Aftershock.

The Aftershock Feature is a highlight, triggering randomly to award between 1 and 7 re-spins with guaranteed wins on every spin. During these re-spins, any Double or Triple Aftershock symbols that appear are held in place and nudge next to the centre payline, building suspense and boosting winning chances.

Theme and Design

Aftershock stands out with its retro arcade-style design, blending bold colours and classic symbols that evoke the old-school atmosphere of vintage slot machines. The sound effects and vibrant visuals add to the overall entertainment, creating a fun and nostalgic feel.

Mobile Compatibility

Players in Mauritius can enjoy Aftershock on a variety of devices, including desktop, tablet, and mobile. The game runs smoothly on most modern smartphones, delivering the same engaging experience whether at home or on the go.

Aftershock by WMS is a well-designed slot that appeals to both fans of traditional slots and those looking for innovative mechanics. Its mix of classic action and modern features ensures a dynamic gaming experience every time you spin.
